A: One of the many benefits of being a franchise member is the ability to purchase with the incentives of corporate scale. Three services have been deemed as bare essentials and are required as part of the Hearst/TFL Corporate Contract and are referred to as The Base Package. Compared to open-market, TFL Franchisees pay dramatically discounted rates for the following three services: Website hosting/maintenance, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Social Media Marketing (SMM).
This Base Package is simply that, a bare minimum spend to cover base essentials. Franchisees are encouraged to schedule time with their Hearst Account Executive to learn more about other Marketing Services that we recommend to build a full funnel digital marketing program.
A: Each franchisee has access to their own Cloud-based Google Data Studio which serves to track the impact of our services. Franchisees that carry additional services get access to other dashboards and reports that provide a granular view of product performance. Schedule time with your Hearst Account Executive to ensure you have the right access and to better understand the impact of your digital marketing from Hearst.
A: We want to conduct a needs analysis with you to determine what you have covered and what you need. We will offer our opinion of what you need, and we will let you know what we can do with whatever budget you have available.
